TUCSON, Ariz. – Desert Diamond Casino welcomes Ambrosia and Firefall to the Diamond Center on Saturday, March 18, 2017. This co-headlining event gets underway at 8pm and tickets start at only $10. Reserved tickets go on sale Saturday, Feb. 11 at 10am through Star Tickets and the Rewards Center. Doors open at 7pm.

Ambrosia came about in 1970 when four young musicians out of Los Angeles formed America’s answer to the English progressive invasion. Drawing from a variety of influences—classical, jazz, and R&B—Ambrosia has become one of America’s most memorable prog rock acts. Despite a brief recording history, Ambrosia earned five Grammy nominations and the hit singles “How Much I Feel” and “Biggest Part of Me” each peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

American folk rock music group, Firefall, has been around for more than 40 years, amassing platinum and gold albums while selling millions of records worldwide. Sharing the stage with legends such as Fleetwood Mac, The Doobie Brothers, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, Firefall rose to the top of their genre, releasing hit singles “You Are The Woman,” “Just Remember I Love You,” and “Strange Way.” Firefall is known for its dynamic live concert performances and extended improvisational jamming.

Treena Parvello, Director of Public Relations and Communications for the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise, said, “The ‘70s are returning to the Diamond Center on March 18! Tickets to see Ambrosia and Firefall at Desert Diamond Casino start at only $10!”
